Check out our new website frontpage, now more magazine website look alike. Will probably try to change the other pages to this similiar layout. Lot’s of coding errors with the previous frontpage as the page can’t load using IE when there’s a video or script running. Now it’s all new and error free!

Let’s see now what’s new the page. Yes the frontpage slideshow with latest & exclusive topics is still there, and on the right side there’s a navigation menu & an advertisement space! You can see the front contents & there are 2 column on the right, now it is much more easier to login or search for information. Added with a simple fast loading flv player displaying clubbing video scenes & the clubbing photos section as ‘Best Clubbing Photos of the month’ or maybe for the week? Photo gallery will be available soon, and clubbers can contribute their nightlife photos. Now you can click straight on the ‘Upcoming events & News’, just below the photo sections.

What’s more? There are no scrolling for ‘Latest DJ Listings’ section only displayed 6-8 new DJs that submitted their profile to the Clubbing9 DJ Listings, and DJ profile submission is totally free! A quick links menu to some contents on the footer is added and new registered members are displayed on the right column.

You can now contribute to Clubbing9, you can submit your DJ profiles, book DJs online, photos, venue & event information by using our submission forms. Some form will be make available soon.

The event
42BlocStreetParty at Barroom Ipoh is one of the happening event featuring 6 DJs lineup, crowds started to fill up the scene as early as 10pm and warm-up set played by DJ Sabrina followed by DJ Michael, DJ Digital & DJ Katak. The main headline DJ for the night, duo DJ, Eclectic Botz starts their electrifying set around midnight with the already heated up crowds and starts dancing on a small podium setup at the center with dazzling rain.

But the rain doesn’t stop the botz as they continue to rise up the scene to an extreme level as Eclectic Botz smashed some funky yet uplifting electro sound on the DJ stage even i’m as the videoman & James the cameraman starts to dance to their eclectic beats. With some visual effects display on the projector, it does make the whole scene looks different. The visual took me one whole day to render and it’s indeed a last minutes work.

Cheers & smiles are the expression on the happy face of the clubbers, songs by our inspired King of pop Micheal Jackson songs are played when the event is about end.

Behind the scene
The fun is still on the next afternoon, travelling around looking for foods, us, DJ Michoh & DJ Jonvu (Eclectic Botz), James (cameraman), Yuki (guide) & i manage to try out Ipoh’s famous Nam Heong’s white coffee & egg tarts. Absolutely delicious! Next we headed to a small stall selling soya bean, different concept from what we had in KL, in Ipoh you can either enjoy your ‘tau fu fa’ , soya bean in your car or sitting at small benches sipping the smooth ‘tau fu fa’! Coool!

The day ended with tiredness but fun outgoing.
